Cancellation Policy
There will be no penalty fees for cancellations made more than 15 days before the scheduled tour date. For cancellations made 15 days or less from the tour date, or in the event of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Refund and Return Policy
If payment or a deposit has been made in advance, it will be fully reimbursed if the cancellation request is received more than 15 days before the tour date. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled tour date, or in the event of a no-show. Our Gift Cards are non-refundable.
In some cases, full payment may be required in advance to confirm and secure your booking. Refunds are not possible; however, rescheduling the tour to a later date may be discussed as an alternative.
Damages and Breakages
We kindly ask that you take care during your culinary tours/ experiences. You are responsible for any breakages or damages caused during the tour or to any property involved. Please report any incidents immediately.
Liability
Neither Tasting Lebanon by Le Passeport Culinaire nor the local hosts accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury, or inconvenience caused to any participant during the culinary tour, unless the damage or injury is proven to be caused by negligence on the part of Tasting Lebanon, its partners, or contractors during the course of the tour.
Missed Features of Program
In case a culinary traveler decides not to be part of any aspect(s) of the program, he or she is not entitled to any refund therefore.
Customer Conduct
Smoking is not permitted on any of our vehicles. “Tasting Lebanon by Le Passeport Culinaire” reserves the right to refuse the presence of any person whose conduct or manner is likely to cause offence or upset other travelers or customers.
